        AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to photo  speed
          violation  monitoring systems in school speed zones in the city of New
          York

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Paragraph  4  of subdivision (c) of section 1180-b of the
     2  vehicle and traffic law, as amended by chapter 30 of the laws  of  2019,
     3  is amended to read as follows:
     4    4.  "school speed zone" shall mean a radial distance not to exceed one
     5  [thousand three] hundred twenty feet from a school  building,  entrance,
     6  or exit.
     7    §  2.  This  act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall
     8  have become a law; provided that the amendments to section 1180-b of the
     9  vehicle and traffic law made by section one of this act shall not affect
    10  the repeal of such section and shall be deemed repealed therewith.
