Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public health law is 2 amended by adding a new paragraph (j) to read as follows: 3 (J) POSTNATAL DONATION OF TISSUE AND FLUIDS. 4 S 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred twentieth day after 5 it shall have become a law. Effective immediately the addition, amend- 6 ment and/or repeal of any rule or regulation necessary for the implemen- 7 tation of this act on its effective date is authorized and directed to 8 be made on or before such date.
