       AN ACT to amend the public authorities law,  in  relation  to  requiring
         public  authorities  to  disclose  an  itemized  list  of all expenses
         incurred for flood, storm and emergency restoration
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  The  public  authorities  law  is amended by adding a new
    2  section 2891 to read as follows:
    3    S 2891. FLOOD, STORM AND EMERGENCY RESTORATION EXPENSES. EVERY AUTHOR-
    4  ITY AND COMMISSION CONTINUED OR CREATED BY THIS CHAPTER  SHALL  MAINTAIN
    5  AN  ITEMIZED  LIST OF ALL EXPENSES INCURRED BY SUCH AUTHORITY OR COMMIS-
    6  SION FOR FLOOD, STORM AND  EMERGENCY  RESTORATION  INCLUDING  THOSE  FOR
    7  GOODS  AND  SERVICES  PROVIDED  BY  THIRD  PARTIES, AND THE EMPLOYEE AND
    8  EQUIPMENT COSTS OF THE AUTHORITY OR  COMMISSION.  UPON  REQUEST  OF  ANY
    9  PERSON, EACH AUTHORITY OR COMMISSION SHALL PROVIDE SUCH ITEMIZED LIST IN
   10  WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC FORM.
   11    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
