          Committee on Health

        AN ACT to amend the public health law,  in  relation  to  directing  the
          commissioner  of  health  to  develop a mobile vaccination program for
          COVID-19 vaccinations

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1. Section 2803 of the public health law is amended by adding
     2  a new subdivision 13 to read as follows:
     3    13. As part of the state's COVID-19 vaccination distribution plan, the
     4  commissioner shall develop a mobile vaccination  program.  Such  program
     5  shall be responsible for coordinating vaccination efforts with employers
     6  of  more  than  two  hundred employees.   The mobile vaccination program
     7  shall schedule appointments with employers for on-site vaccinations  for
     8  the purposes of vaccinating the workforce.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
