          tee on Ways and Means
        AN ACT relating to the payment of  aid  to  eligible  municipalities  in
          which a video lottery gaming facility is located
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 53 of the laws of
     2  2015, for the payment of aid to eligible municipalities in which a video
     3  lottery gaming facility is located pursuant to section 54-l of the state
     4  finance law, such municipalities shall receive aid in an amount equal to
     5  100 percent of the aid which such municipalities received in  the  state
     6  fiscal year commencing April 1, 2008.
     7    §  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
     8  have been in full force and effect on the same date as chapter 53 of the
     9  laws of 2015 took effect.
