MAGEE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Agriculture AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to expand- ing the definition of crops, livestock and livestock products to include silvopasturing products THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 301 of the agriculture and markets 2 law is amended by adding a new paragraph k to read as follows: 3 K. SILVOPASTURED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING PRODUCTS FROM A PLANNED AND 4 MANAGED COMBINATION OF TREES, FORAGES AND COMMERCIAL LIVESTOCK FOR A 5 PRODUCTIVE BENEFIT. 6 S 2.
