        Introduced by M. of A. ERRIGO -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Environmental Conservation
        AN  ACT  directing  the  commissioners  of  environmental  conservation,
          health, and agriculture and markets  to  include  Canandaigua,  Keuka,
          Seneca,  Lamoka and Waneta lakes in any priority list of lakes vulner-
          able to harmful algal blooms and to fund such lakes accordingly
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  The  commissioners of environmental conservation, health,
     2  and agriculture and markets are directed to include Canandaigua,  Keuka,
     3  Seneca, Lamoka and Waneta lakes in any priority list of lakes vulnerable
     4  to harmful algal blooms.
     5    §  2.  The  commissioners  of  environmental conservation, health, and
     6  agriculture and markets are  directed  to  include  Canandaigua,  Keuka,
     7  Seneca,  Lamoka  and Waneta lakes at the same funding level as any other
     8  lakes already identified in any priority list  of  lakes  vulnerable  to
     9  harmful algal blooms.
    10    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
