GALLIVAN, AKSHAR, HELMING -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Trans- portation AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to certain registrations of vehicles The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The eighth undesignated paragraph of paragraph (f) of 2 subdivision 15 of section 385 of the vehicle and traffic law, as amended 3 by section 4 of part C of chapter 59 of the laws of 2004, is amended to 4 read as follows: 5 The department of transportation may issue a seasonal agricultural 6 permit in accordance with subparagraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) of this 7 paragraph that will be valid [for four consecutive months] from the 8 first of April to the eleventh of November with a fee equal to one-half 9 the annual permit fees established under this subdivision. 10 § 2.
