Subdivision 1 of section 25.19 of the parks, recreation 2 and historic preservation law is amended by adding a new paragraph (d) 3 to read as follows: 4 (d) The provisions of this section shall not apply to a snowmobile 5 being operated in an organized racing or competitive event upon a closed 6 course or in a hill climb or drag race that is not conducted on a public 7 trail system. 8 § 2.
