WEIK -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Budget and Revenue AN ACT to amend the tax law, in relation to the homeowner tax rebate credit The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph 1 of subsection (n-1) of section 606 of the tax 2 law, as amended by section 1 of part BB of chapter 59 of the laws of 3 2022, is amended to read as follows: 4 (1) An individual taxpayer who meets the eligibility standards in 5 paragraph two of this subsection shall be allowed a credit against the 6 taxes imposed by this article in the amount specified in paragraph three 7 of this subsection for tax year two thousand [twenty-two] twenty-three 8 and thereafter. 9 § 2.
