         printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
         ment Operations
       AN  ACT  to  amend  the  tax law, in relation to supplemental brownfield
         credit reporting
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Section  171-r  of the tax law is amended by adding a new
    2  subdivision (e) to read as follows:
    3    (E) THE COMMISSIONER, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE COMMISSIONER  OF  ENVI-
    4  RONMENTAL  CONSERVATION, SHALL PUBLISH NO LATER THAN ONE YEAR AFTER THIS
    5  SUBDIVISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT, A SUPPLEMENTAL BROWNFIELD  CREDIT  REPORT
    6  CONTAINING  THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION REGARDING THE CRED-
    7  ITS CLAIMED FOR THE YEARS TWO THOUSAND FIVE, TWO THOUSAND SIX,  AND  TWO
    8  THOUSAND SEVEN.
    9    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
