        Introduced  by  Sen. VALESKY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
        AN ACT to amend the Onondaga Lake Amphitheater Infrastructure and  Revi-
          talization Project act, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 13 of chapter 351 of the laws of 2014, constituting
     2  the Onondaga Lake Amphitheater Infrastructure and Revitalization Project
     3  act, is amended to read as follows:
     4    § 13. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire  and  be
     5  deemed  repealed  [two]  four  years  after such date, provided that, if
     6  Onondaga county has issued requests for qualifications for  the  project
     7  prior  to such repeal, such project shall be permitted to continue under
     8  this act notwithstanding such repeal.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
