  Directs Department of Transportation to conduct study regarding
cost and feasibility of replacing Marquam Bridge.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to transportation.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) The Department of Transportation shall
conduct a study of the Marquam Bridge across the Willamette
River. The purpose of the study is to determine the cost and
feasibility of replacing the bridge.
  (2) Not later than February 1, 2013, the Department of
Transportation shall report the results of the study to the
Seventy-seventh Legislative Assembly. + }
