                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to insurance coverage of in vitro fertilization;
  creating new provisions; and amending ORS 743A.080.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. ORS 743A.080 is amended to read:
  743A.080.  { + (1) + } All health benefit plans as defined in
ORS 743.730 must provide payment or reimbursement for expenses
associated with { + :
  (a) In vitro fertilization;
  (b) + } Pregnancy care, as defined by ORS 743.845  { - , - }
 { + ; + } and  { +
  (c) + } Childbirth.   { +
  (2) + } Benefits provided under this section   { - shall - }
