Allows health professional regulatory boards to which moneys in fund or account are continuously appropriated to spend, without limitation, specified percentage of moneys in fund or account for expenses related to conducting contested case proceedings. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to health professional regulatory boards. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + Section 2 of this 2011 Act is added to and made a part of ORS 676.165 to 676.180. + } SECTION 2. { + Notwithstanding any expenditure limitation provided by law, a health professional regulatory board to which moneys in a fund or account are continuously appropriated may spend, without limitation, ___ percent of the moneys in the fund or account for expenses related to conducting contested cases under ORS chapter 183. + } ----------
