Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to Salvia divinorum. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + (1) A person commits the crime of unlawful delivery of Salvia divinorum if the person knowingly sells, gives or otherwise makes Salvia divinorum available to a person who is under 21 years of age. (2) Unlawful delivery of Salvia divinorum is a Class A misdemeanor. + } ----------
