                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to tax credits for manufacture of water transit vessels;
  amending section 2, chapter 677, Oregon Laws 2005; and
  prescribing an effective date.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. Section 2, chapter 677, Oregon Laws 2005, as amended
by section 4, chapter 913, Oregon Laws 2009, is amended to read:
   { +  Sec. 2. + } ORS 315.517 applies to persons initially
hired on or after January 1, 2006, and for which a credit is
claimed for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006, and
before January 1,
  { - 2012 - }  { +  ___ + } .
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2011 Act takes effect on the 91st day
after the date on which the 2011 regular session of the
Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die. + }
