Requires Department of Transportation to study feasibility of adding express lanes to U.S. Route 26 between Portland and Hillsboro. Sunsets January 2, 2016. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to transportation. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + The Department of Transportation shall study the feasibility of adding express lanes to U.S. Route 26 between Portland and Hillsboro to enable traffic to move more efficiently. The department shall report its findings to the Seventy-eighth Legislative Assembly not later than January 30, 2015. + } SECTION 2. { + Section 1 of this 2013 Act is repealed on January 2, 2016. + } ----------
