A bill

to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by repealing Section 44-11-110 relating to easements and rights of way on the grounds of Department of Mental Health facilities.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 44-11-110 of the S.C. Code is repealed.

SECTION 2.This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
