A SENATE RESOLUTION
TO REQUEST INTERVENTION BY THE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE IN ANY LAWSUIT FILED CONCERNING THE CONSTITUTIONALITY OF SECTION 8-13-1356 OF THE 1976 CODE AND ANY RELATED ISSUES.
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the President Pro Tempore is requested to intervene in any lawsuit filed concerning the constitutionality of Section 8-13-1356 of the 1976 Code and any related issues.
