Bill Title: As enacted, requires that each business that provided disabled parking spaces prior to April 25, 2006, provide van-accessible parking spaces as soon as such provision is readily achievable; specifies that each business that provides only one specially marked parking space must convert such specially marked parking space into a van-accessible parking space when such conversion is readily achievable. - Amends TCA Section 55-21-105.
