Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes the county election commissions in counties that share a municipality to designate, by agreement, a polling place and early voting location within the limits of the municipality and within 500 feet of the country boundary line; authorizes voters residing within the limits of a municipality that is located within two counties to vote at the location established by such agreement. - Amends TCA Title 2.
