Bill Title: As enacted, exempts ambulances from requirement that each for-hire motor carrier providing passenger transportation service in a motor vehicle or motor vehicles designed or constructed to accommodate and transport eight or more passengers, or any motor vehicle transporting passengers who are TennCare enrollees eligible for such transportation services under TennCare, maintain at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance, drug test operators, conduct biennial physical exams of operators, and conduct annual safety examinations. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 51 and Title 65.
