Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies that the meaning of near fatality, for purposes of allowing public disclosure of confidential department of children's services information relating to such, is a child having a serious or critical medical condition resulting from child abuse or child sexual abuse as reported by a physician who has examined the child subsequent to such abuse. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 5.
