Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes local collecting officials of hotel taxes to publish the names of delinquent taxpayers and the amounts owed in certain circumstances; clarifies that the present law that makes state tax records confidential does not apply to local hotel tax records. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5 and Title 67.
