Bill Title: As enacted, requires the state capitol commission to study the feasibility of placing a visual depiction of the national motto of the United States in the tunnel leading from Charlotte Avenue to the state capitol building and report recommendations as to the type and placement of the visual depiction and an estimated cost thereof to the speaker of the senate and speaker of the house of representatives by May 1, 2015. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 8.
