Bill Title: As enacted, allows county, metropolitan form of government or municipality to establish a community notification system to notify certain residences, schools and child care centers that a sexual offender or violent sexual offender is residing within a certain distance of such residences, schools and child care centers; authorizes a fee of up to $50.00 for each offender in the jurisdiction to defray the notification costs. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
