Bill Title: As introduced, deletes the school improvement fund created in the Tennessee Education Savings Account Pilot Program to disburse school improvement grants to certain LEAs; creates a teacher salaries fund to disburse annual grants to LEAs with students participating in the Tennessee Education Savings Account Pilot Program to be used for teacher salaries. - Amends TCA Title 49.
