Bill Title: As introduced, requires the comptroller to notify the governing body of a local government regarding the comptroller's approval or disapproval of a private negotiated sale of general obligation refunding bonds within 20 days instead of 15 days from the date the comptroller receives all required information. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9 and Title 12.
