Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes, upon proper showing by the department that a prisoner was released in error, the sentencing judge or the judge in the county from which the individual was released to issue a warrant for the retaking of the prisoner; authorizes law enforcement officers and certain employees of the department to act on the warrant. - Amends TCA Section 41-1-117.
