Bill Title: As introduced, provides that a law enforcement officer from another state does not have immunity or power to arrest if in this state when in fresh pursuit of a suspect unless the officer's communication device is compatible with the devices used in the jurisdiction of pursuit. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 7, Part 2 and Title 55, Chapter 8.
