Bill Title: As introduced, creates new Class E and D felony offenses for committing or attempting to commit a terroristic threat or act; Class C and B felony offenses for committing or attempting to commit a terroristic threat or act against another in retaliation of that person's participation in certain acts; and a Class A felony offense for committing or attempting to commit a terroristic act that causes serious physical injury to another. - Amends TCA Title 39.
