Bill Title: As enacted, creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for a person to knowingly provide, transfer, or submit to any other person false identification for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining employment. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 14; Title 39, Chapter 17 and Title 50.
