Bill Title: As enacted, requires board of pharmacy to promulgate rules regarding the board's oversight of facilities that manufacture, warehouse, and distribute medical devices; requires the board to form an advisory committee through the rulemaking process composed of medical device industry representatives and a representative of the department of economic and community development. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 10.
