Bill Title: As introduced, creates an exception to the prohibition against prescriptions of opioids or benzodiazepines in quantities greater than a 30-day supply when certain conditions are met; if an exception applies, the prescription quantity may not be greater than a 90-day supply. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 11, Part 3.
