Bill Title: As enacted, requires the textbook commission to study the age and physical status of textbooks used in public schools of this state and issue a written report to the members of the general assembly, by January 1, 2016, detailing the average age, physical condition, and cost to replace outdated textbooks, and solutions to avoiding the use of textbooks that are over 10 years old. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
