Bill Title: As introduced, removes the requirement that a defendant have a BAC of .20 and a prior conviction to meet the requirements of aggravated vehicular homicide and includes, as a part of the offense, a BAC of .08 in addition to any amount of methamphetamine. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
