Bill Title: As enacted, creates an off-highway vehicle advisory committee to study the provision of safety training to off-highway vehicle operators, acquisition of potential private or public land as off-highway recreation areas, and funding sources for such training and acquisitions; requires the committee to report by January 1, 2016. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 11; Title 55 and Title 70.
