Bill Title: As introduced, creates Class D felony aggravated assault offense of a person sentenced to confinement in an adult or juvenile facility throwing urine, blood or other bodily fluids upon an officer of the facility, intending the fluid to make contact with the officer and reasonably knowing the officer would find it offensive. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 1.
