Bill Title: As introduced, requires all municipal solid waste region plans or other such plans developed by the department of environment and conservation to adhere to statutorily recognized policies that institute and maintain programs for statewide solid waste management and that encourage generators of solid waste to reduce the amount of solid waste to be collected or disposed of by certain methods. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 211.
