Bill Title: As introduced, authorizes certain counties with solid waste disposal facilities or incinerators that receive revenue from surcharges imposed on municipal solid waste from other counties to use such revenue for purposes not related to solid waste management, subject to the approval of the counties’ governing bodies. - Amends TCA Title 68.
