Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies that poultry producers and growers acting in compliance with federal exemptions are exempt by regulation from specific provisions of the Tennessee Meat and Poultry Inspection Act; requires department of agriculture to maintain information concerning federal poultry producer and grower exemptions on its web site. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 2; Title 43 and Title 53, Chapter 7.
