Bill Title: As introduced, authorizes a juvenile court to retain jurisdiction over a child for a crime committed prior to the child's 18th birthday until the child reaches 25 years of age; establishes procedures for the evaluation of the child's sentence when the child reaches 25 years of age. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1.
