Bill Title: As introduced, requires a rental car company to obtain a recall database report within 30 days of the offer to rent a car; prohibits a rental car company from renting a car that is subject to certain recalls without first providing notice of the recall to persons renting the car. - Amends TCA Title 47, Title 55 and Title 62.
