Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits a person or legal entity from requiring certain submissions from a consumer that purchases an HVAC system in order for the consumer to be entitled to warranty rights on such system; prohibits certain labeling on such cards or forms; creates an action under consumer protection for violating such provisions. - Amends TCA Title 24 and Title 47.
