Bill Title: As enacted, urges the commissioner of education to evaluate the effectiveness of the pilot after school programs funded by the lottery in increasing ACT and SAT scores, eligibility for lottery scholarships, and enrollment in postsecondary institutions. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1; Title 49, Chapter 2; Title 49, Chapter 3 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
