Bill Title: As introduced, exempts assisted-care living facilities with 15 or fewer residents, that accept only private pay or private insurance clients, and is located in a county with a population of 50,000 or less from rules promulgated by the board for licensing health care facilities concerning sprinkler systems and employing qualified dieticians. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11.
