Bill Title: As introduced, allows any person receiving an aquatic resource alteration permit that has as a condition of such permit limited hours of withdrawal to request a modification of such permit annually without having to apply for a new permit application from the department of environment and conservation. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 221 and Title 69, Chapter 3.
