Bill Title: As introduced, requires the coordinator of elections to create a program to enable each precinct registrar to search records of the coordinator that are linked to the department of safety database to retrieve a photographic image of the voter if the voter is unable to present evidence of identification that bears the name and photograph of the voter. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 7.
