Bill Title: As introduced, requires TennCare enrollees and applicants to notify the bureau of TennCare within 15, instead of 30, days after a material change in information submitted to the bureau; requires commissioner of health to consult with bureau of TennCare, in addition to Tennessee Hospital Association, prior to requesting hospitals to submit the annual report of the statistical particulars relative to patients earlier than scheduled. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 68.
